Lace Cap Hydrangea and Feverfew:
Hydrangea and garden gate:
Lots of impatiens and wax begonias are still blooming. I sneaked a shot of Wally with his favorite bush. One might think he's simply having a scratch, but he seems to enjoy wallowing his face in the leaves, too. He smiles and makes happy noises. There's no doubt Wally is a happy dog, period.
It's the little things. Enjoy your day!
Lovely photos of your flowers. We have had such dry conditions here in the south and everything is either dying or dormant. I awoke to glorious rain this morning with a clap of thunder around 2:30 am! I do just lovely Wally and I can tell he is a very happy dog!
ReplyDeleteAs much as I love seeing your trip photos, I truly enjoy seeing your gardens as well. Leslie your hydrangeas are absolutely stunning! The blues and purples are so vibrant, I've never seen those colours here where I live. I still have a few impatiens blooming as well. And Wally, he is a happy dog! It is the little things, thanks for sharing. Enjoy your day as well.

Your yard is beautiful...love the feverfew picture picture it is stunning, I grow it with my Roses and it's the only thing blooming in that garden right now...Wally cracks me up, I so wish I could let Mack off a leash so he could run and play but if saw anything (deer~squirrel~cat) he would be long gone, it's his breed I guess as Nellie was the same way....all the photos are gorgeous and nice to see as not much blooming here (except weeds) right now...thanks for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteOh my word! I cannot even begin to fathom those beauties in Florida! thank you so much for sharing, Leslie! Your garden is incredible! hugs, de
