Woohoo! We’re going to the beach!
Actually, we were going to the bay, but it’s all the same to Wally and LuLu. We always have this spot to ourselves since everyone else is riding the dunes or playing in the waves at the real beach. There’s plenty to play with here, though.
Wally’s waiting for us to catch up so we can play under the old trestle.
Rich has treats.

LuLu got the first one.
But, don’t worry, Wally got his, too. That’s him with his head down the hole.
Back in the sunshine. LuLu’s got her bark face on again. She spotted a lone fisherman crossing the trestle.

ReplyDeleteHow fabulous! They do really know how to enjoy life. It's great that you can all get out and enjoy the beautiful weather. I'm so glad I finally got my covered patio installed. It makes all the difference to my outside furry babies with the storms we've been having the last few days.
ReplyDeletehahaha! Don'tcha love watching them play? We used to take our dogs to the bay as well - it was fun watching them run Way OUT when the tide was low, digging in the sand. One of the best parts is knowing that the salt water is good for their skin and fur. Come on home, have a bath and they looked great! Thanks for sharing your "happiness" photos, Leslie. ReplyDeleteYou REALLY, REALLY need to start publishing some of these photos in a book! Your photography is as beautiful as your cards! You take the most amazing candid shots I've seen & it is a shame not to have them published for everyone to share. Of course, having 2 beautiful "stars" to photograph always helps!

Sherri had the right idea - to publish these photos in a book. Everything is perfect - the two most adorable subjects in the world, having fun, exciting games, sometimes in repose, a skilled photographer with the knack of writing the perfect captions. I think a smart editor would gobble this right up. Today's photos are so fun. They never fail to bring a smile to my face.
