On the drive home we stopped whenever possible so Wally and LuLu could stretch their legs and we could all get up close and personal with the scenery. The next two are in Deschuttes National Forest, Oregon.
Wally:
LuLu:
The last two are in the Willamette Pass. The closer we got to home, the greener the scenery.
After we got home we said "goodbye" to our cute little trailer, sniff sniff. Now, don't worry about us, nosiree. We enjoyed the experience so much we traded up to a motorhome. Oh, my gosh, I have a feeling we'll be away as much as we're home now. LOVE it! More on that next Saturday. See you then, I hope!
love these dogs!! a motorhome. you're going all classy!!! awesome
ReplyDeleteGorgeous pictures! It looks absolutely fantastic there! I'd be there all the time! Glad you moved up to a motor home so you can go more often! You will all love that!
ReplyDeleteMotor home means longer trips. Maybe you'll make your way down to H Town sometime. Always love seeing photos of Wally and Lulu and your scenery is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteWow a motor home - how exciting - a home away from home! I'm know you and Rich (Wally and Lulu too) will love your new home! Fabulous pictures Leslie, I always love seeing your part of the country. The great open vastness - such a beautiful country we live in - both in Canada and USA! Enjoy your weekend, it's a long weekend here in Canada, so off for 3 days - love it! I actually started to colour my first Christmas image last night!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I love the BF in BP title! Thanks for sharing your adventures, Leslie. Glad you now go in additional comfort! hugs, de
ReplyDeletelovely. Congrats on your new motor home. Enjoy. Have a great day
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos of Wally and Lulu in the Cascades. Love the photos with the softening of the grasses and highlights from the sun shining thru the trees. The photo of the dogs and Rich is so cool. It looks like the dogs are sniffing the pine smell of the mts:-)
ReplyDeleteI bet you will love the ease of the motorhome now that you will not have to hook up and unhook and easier maneuverability. You have the bug...we still love our Bambi:-)
TFS all the beautiful photos, Leslie. Hugs..
Awesome photos and I'm sure the new owners will love your 'little trailer' as much as you did. And think of all the new adventures you'll be having in your new 'home on wheels' ... can't wait to see more photos! Wally & LuLu look so happy!! (hubby not so sure ... seems he has his hands full lol)
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos of scenery and your goldens.
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy your photos. Especially enjoying LuLu's two level tail!! Easy to see why those forests are so susceptible to fires with that blanket of pine needles.
ReplyDeletelooks like everyone had a great time, especially Wally and Lulu. Fabulous pictures they both looks so happy on vacation.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness - a motorhome!!! How exciting!! Can't wait to hear about all of your adventures! And here we are - just going camping in a "camping cabin" at one of our state parks:)
ReplyDeleteThat first picture is just too cute, I love how they are having a nice break in the shade to cool down :) I was going to say that it looked like a bit of sagebrush type in the first couple of photos, sounds like Oregon has many different types of scenery, that makes it more fun to explore :) Glad your enjoying your little trips, I can see Wally and Lulu are :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome pictures Leslie, I'm so glad you'll be sharing your doggies and your garden here every Saturday.
ReplyDeleteWally and Lulu love to pose, don't they? They are so photogenic, it's like they know they are being photographed, LOL!!
And how fun you are getting a Motor Home, although I really love that little trailer, so cute but I bet you need a bit more space now that the doggies are bigger.
Thank you for sharing this sweet pictures, Leslie.
Welcome back home.
Hugs.
Maria.
Love your pics! so exciting to upgrade...you will have lots of fun adventures I'm sure!
ReplyDeleteWHeee! What fun you will have!
ReplyDeleteFabulous pictures of your family!! I love seeing your adventures and travels! A new motor home..hmmm, you remind me of our friends that come to our lake house and every few years they seem to upgrade to a bigger home, thing is this latest one I am not sure they get in past all the trees down our lane, guess we will find out in Sept when they come lol!
ReplyDeleteOfcourse they are your two favorite subjects! :-) Looks like a relaxing time. I knew it wouldn't be too long before it was the full on RV. They are easier for longer trips I have heard. Woot woot... Can't wait to check out the new digs!
ReplyDeleteHow fun for you and the dogs. They look to be having such a great time.
