Yes, I agree with the other gals.... you have a real flare for pictures, story telling, gardening, and of course card making too!!! I especialy like the first one with the water... no I think the second one,,,, no the first!
Leslie your photos of your gorgeous garden are such a pleasure to see, as are those of your two "babies". Thank you for being so willing to share with us. Enjoy what's left of your summer....ours is creeping up. Warm wishes. Ursula
I love DottyA's comments and agree with each one. I gasped when I saw your first photo and then again when I saw the second. It must be pure bliss to be surrounded by this gorgeous garden. Thank you so much for sharing these amazing shots.
Leslie, if you ever get tired of card making, you might want to try entering your photos in art galleries. You are an amazing talent... cards, photos, and of course, capturing the beauty of your "babies". Wally and LuLu. Truly, an inspiration to us all! Stunning! I love those little critters on the purple flowers... gorgeous! :-) What a great way to start my day!
Leslie, these photo's are wonderful! Wow, you really captured the water so well in the first photo. There are clear, crisp, great composition too ; ) One day we're going to get a chance to meet in person and I definitely want a tour of your garden - a hug from Wally and Lulu too!
What unbelievable pictures from your gorgeous garden. I swear I can almost feel the spray from the first photo. And the second looks like it can be used as one of those test pictures for a new TV or color printer!!! So vivid.
Amazing photos. Thanks for the tip about the silhouette designs. Cuddly bunny sent me the link to the Dovercraft book and I think they are most probably from a freebie promo. Have ordered the book and cd anyway as I love the classy style of the black and white. Hugs Mrs A.
Gorgeous photos I love how you've captured the water droplets so well in the first one and the flowers with the butterflies is beautiful too, the black background just makes the colour sing. How obliging for the butterflies to land on the purple/blue flower with them being the perfect complimentary colour of yellow orange on the colour wheel too. You seem to have even the garden visitors well trained not just your lovely retrievers. Thanks for sharing your garden with us. hugs from Alexandra
These pix - and flowers - are fabulous, Leslie! Love the water droplets. Great photo. :)
I met someone who recently moved from Oregon at the allergist's office the other day. I told her about your fabulous gardens. We had a lovely chat about the weather and climate, and about the coffee. ;)
Oh my goodness...I have never thought of catching the spray from the sprinkler...what a great idea. Love that photo. The second is just so special...2...what a chance!
Oh My Leslie! Your pictures are as beautiful as your cards! I've always loved your Garden shots! It is my FANTASY to visit you and your garden and your puppies one day!!!!
Gorgeous Leslie....I keep forgetting to mention that the phlox starts I got from you last year were the dark pink, so I now have white, pink, lavender and dark pink. They are almost done blooming, but have been a joy this summer.
Fall is sure in the air, but haven't our Indian summer days been gorgeous? TFS
