See my paint-splattered Rich and his faithful dog, Wally. You can be sure Wally is thinking, “Oh, no, not this again.”
He knows what he has to do – just slip away with the paint rag. It guarantees a little scritchy-scritchy before getting back to the boring stuff.
Don’t worry, Wally. It will be done soon. Hope you all had a good weekend!
So, so adorable. Bet Rich doesn't mind at all! Hope you post a photo when the job is done.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures! Wally always makes me smile!
ReplyDeleteOMGosh, Leslie! This is so cute!! I just love Wally and Lulu. What a good helper he is *wink* Hope they had a good swim last week, and you two had some nice outdoors time. Hope the painting will be done soon so everyone can relax during the dog days of summer. And BTW your garden looks amazing this summer. I've loved the garden photo's.
ReplyDeleteWally is such a handsome feller....he "looks great in red"!!
ReplyDeleteHaving renovated our entire house, I know the painstakingly long, slow process of fixing up the place. I am sure Rich cannot WAIT to be finished with this project. Looks like Wally can't wait either!
ReplyDeleteWally is such a guy! I think he'd rather have play time.
ReplyDeletetoo cute, love how he took off with the paint rag.... does your hubby have a new project he has in mind when he gets this one done?
ReplyDeleteWally is so sweet at least he knows how to get Rich's attention. Rich will be so pleased when the painting is all done and over it's a long job but worth it in the end.
ReplyDeleteTake care

ReplyDeleteWally is soooooo cute. Just love him. Hope the painting is finished soon so you can enjoy your house and garden.
ReplyDeleteAfter 45 years of marriage and many, many Great Danes (sometimes 2 at a time like you) and always a Toy Poodle and a couple of Dobermans, we are dog free. We said a couple of years ago when we lost the last one that we weren't doing any more dogs...but I tell you every time your blog comes... I think I would like a Golden someday. They are adorable! Also love your garden, especially appreciate it this time of year living here in Phoenix! I have printed out some of your flowers and now the butterflies that I use on cards. Beautiful.
