Coffee, Tea, or Me?

Coffee?

Tea?

Or me?

Our Wally turned five years old on June 27.  Can you believe how the years have flown by?  He’s still as trim, athletic, and handsome as ever, though in certain lights the white mask which Goldens develop as they age is more apparent.  I’ll never have enough years with our beautiful boy.

  5. I was just about to email you & ask where my "fix" was! It has been too long since you have shared your beautiful fur children with us! It certainly doesn't seem like Wally can be 5 already. He just grows more beautiful every day! I would give anything to give him a birthday hug in person, but since I can't, I'll let you give him one for me! (Make it extra long, please!!!) ha ha

  9. P.S. Hi again Leslie. I just finished lovingly enjoying all your new garden and doggie photos. Our gardens have been so gorgeous again this year too. I spend every extra minute in our gardens. Everything seemed to be even more lush than normal this year on our gorgeous Southern Oregon Coast. I am so behind on all your beautiful and creative posts. Time for our hike in the woods then outside to our gardens, etc. We are enjoying vegies and berries from our garden too. Love this time of year, don't you?!?

    Miss you, Hugs, Nancy

  11. Leslie, once again you bring a smile to my face with your sweet boy. Just looking at his picture makes me smile. It's like he's the sunshine I needed today. Thanks for sharing him with us. Love how cute your title is today.

  12. I had always wondered about the white mask. Thanks for that tidbit of GR info Leslie.
My daughter finally decided (and has purchased) a Great Dane. We did plenty of homework prior and decided it was the best breed for us. I always wanted that Golden, but dog lovers are dog lovers in the grand scheme of things. I know that the one I grew up with is waiting to romp with me in Heaven. And, I know that I will enjoy every moment of making memories with this special breed. Needless to say, he's a huge puppy at 13 weeks. Periodically, I'll post photos of him on my blog...which won't hold a candle to your beautiful Wally and Lulu photos.

  13. I'm going to be selfish and say coffee, tea AND Wally naturally! He is such a beauty (as is Lulu). Five already? You're right...the time sure does fly by. Your gardens are beautiful and they photograph so well. I am in awe of the beauty that surrounds your home, both with nature and Wally and Rich (and you too). I am so honored to see your family and home life Leslie. Hugs to you my friend. Give Wally and big smooch and hug from me... And Lulu too! :-)
